Palm Hills Golf and Country Club

About 10 km north of Hua Hin in Cha Am, near the Dusit Resort, Palm Hills was designed by Max Wexler and opened to the public in 1991.  Two distinct nine hole sections are separated by the beautiful clubhouse and an outcropping from the hills around which Palm Hills has been constructed.

Imperial Lake view

Near the Cha Am-Pranburi bypass, Lake View is easily accessible from Hua Hin, Cha Am and Bangkok.  Designed by Roger Packard in an area originally knows for its pineapple production, Lake View has beautiful fairways often leading to hidden greens.

Springfield Royal Country Club
There are five tees for each hole but only the brave will dare the gold distance.  This course will challenge the expert but not overwhelm one who does not play so regularly.  With such a beautiful clubhouse and the Jack Nicklaus name, I was afraid of this course until I played it.  While not easy--no course is easy when you don't even rate a handicap

Majestic Creek Country Club and Beach Resort
One of the newest courses in the area, Majestic Creek is as exciting as any in the area.  With water hazards that will challenge the most adventurous, MCCC has many natural streams waiting for those who forget.
Some of the holes here are very foreboding but the pleasure gained from walking through the beautiful environment will take some of the scare away

Royal Hua Hin Golf Course

With an area of over 180 acres, the RHHGC sits at the base of the Khao Hin Lek Fai hill, just across the tracks from the Hua Hin Railway station.  As you walk the course, you're afforded views of the hills, temples, and the sea, and some very good golf--with not a water hazard to be seen!

Black Mountain golf Club Hua Hin

Built among a pineapple plantation, Banyan Golf Club is the newest Hua Hin golf course, open in October 2008. The course provides for spectacular mountain and ocean views from most all of the holes and is by a wide margin the best layout in the area.

Each hole has 6 tee boxes making the course more or less challenging depending on each golfers abilities and tee selection. Strategically placed water hazards, waste bunkers, and sand traps are spread out throughout the course. Significant use of native pineapple groves make local “fruits” come into play if you stray too far off most fairways.

Lush Zyosia fairways, a local grass but a rarely seen on golf courses in Thailand, are a pleasure to hit from as balls sit up nice throughout the fairways and roughs. Dark green Paspalum tee boxes add to the stark color contrast on the course and are a nice decorative feature. Greens, constructed of the same Tiffeagle grass as used at other Thailand premier courses like Thai Country Club and Alpine Golf Clubs in Bangkok, makes for fast but receptive putting surfaces.

The signature 15th hole is a 139 yard par 3 with panoramic ocean views all the way to Sing Toh (Tiger) Island in the Gulf of Thailand. Hole 12, a par 5 monster is 610 yards, all uphill, making it impossible to reach for even the most accomplished of golfers.

Warm up facilities are include a grass irons only practice area and 2 large putting greens. The Banyan Golf Club has a contemporary Thai styled club house including, well run reception area, full stocked pro shop, elegant locker rooms, and international restaurant all of which are first class. The Mulligan’s pub with western views over the golf course and mountains make for an ideal way to have a few cold drinks, reflect on your round and take in a picture perfect Thai sunset.

Four spa suites are available on top of the club house for those who have non-golfers in their groups or just want to spend a few days at the Banyan Golf Club. Golf fees include individual carts, caddie fees, and practice balls, a nice touch and good way to begin each round.

A local, Dr. Sukitti Klangvisai, designed this 18 hole course in over 600 acres of land. The Majestic Creek golf course is also one of the country's leading golf centers with the inclusion of artful landscape design with palms and Casurina trees. A large staff of green keepers ensures that the fairways and greens are always maintained in absolutely perfect condition. Valleys in nearby mountains supply water to the maze of streams that wind around the course with just enough hazards to attract the discerning golfers who will discover the Majestic Creek a pleasure to play. The journey takes 30 minutes and is very interesting as the inland road passes through rural Thailand with small farms of pineapples, bananas, mangoes and sugarcane towards the mountains of Kaeng Krachan National Park.

Majestic Creek is one of the newest courses to open in the Hua Hin area, and the journey towards the course offers rural views of Thai life. Small farms producing sugar cane, pineapple, bananas & mangos line the route out to the course.

Black Mountain Golf Club

Black Mountain Golf Club was designed by the Australian designer, Phil Ryan of the Pacific Coast Design company based in Melbourne.

He has worked on many projects throughout Asia and many in Australia. The main theme of his design work is to make the course look natural and pleasing to the eye and maintaining as many of the natural features as possible. His aim is always to make the golf course playable and enjoyable for the average player but testing for the better player. Many of his holes feature a choice of a safe route or a risk and reward route, all of which adds to the excitement of the game.
